Where we work · Rockport
Rockport is a seven-square-mile peninsula at the tip of Cape Ann. We manage homes here because we live ten minutes away and it is one of our favorite places in the world.

Off-Season
Cape Ann is a seasonal market. The bulk of an owner's year lands between May and October, so quiet winter months aren't the right window to read a structural trend.

“Rockport sells itself. Our job is making the home live up to it.”
By neighborhood
Six pockets of the peninsula, each with a different personality.
The heart of Rockport. Shops, restaurants, and the walk out to the tip. Shorter than it looks, and worth doing slowly.
A block back from Bearskin Neck. Quieter but still walk-to-everything, with a village-inside-the-village feel.
A small postcard cove a short walk south of Bearskin Neck. Historic homes on the bluff and shallow water on the rocks below.
Northern, residential, with a neighbors-know-each-other pace. Cape Hedge for swimming. The quieter side of Rockport.
A mile of sand on the Rockport-Gloucester border. The longest beach on the coast and the kind of place families come back to summer after summer.
Cliff-side, windswept, with an edge-of-the-world feel. The state park is worth every visit, regardless of season.
